PROPERTY MANAGER

While commercial property management experience
is preferred, applicants with a proven track record of success
in a residential context will be considered.
Primary responsibilities include:

• Rent reviews and lease renewals

• Management of risk and compliance issues
• Supervision of contractors
• Business development
• Staff supervision
